About our Venue

Set within a totally screened secluded 5 acre site with its own private lake Minstrel Court offers stunning surroundings and great photo opportunities all year round! Our listed building complex offers both character and flexibility and we have on site parking for up to 70 cars!

There are excellent road and rail links - ten minutes from the M11 and Cambridge, 15 minutes from the A1 and 35 minutes by train from London - see map

Most couples choose to marry in our romantic Pavilion overlooking the lake. As well as being equipped with full PA and Music facilities, the aisle has electric canopies which at the touch of a button can instantly shield your guests from sun and showers.

We are also licenced for Ceremonies in the historic listed beamed Long Gallery which seats up to 150 people (a few more at a pinch!). Alongside a large patio area overlooks the Marquee with great views of the lake! The lofty adjoining Granary serves as an evening buffet area or simply another stunning indoor space to utilise. We also have a room specially fitted out for Brides and their entourage to get ready in and use on the day

Our beautiful peaked roof Marquee is a fabulous space to dine overlooking the gardens taking advantage of our superb in house catering, and can be configured to seat between 50 and 200. It includes a comprehensive heating system, hard floor and dimmable chandelier lighting as well as a full PA for music and speeches

Regarding accommodation, we have a complementary Summer House overlooking the lake for the Bride and Groom for the night and two further en suite rooms available
